• Address Zendesk tickets within KPI expectations.
• Open warranty packages from customers.
• Input warranty information into Zendesk upon receiving.
• Edit hardcopies for production team to receive.
• Monitor repair matrix locations.
• Data entry for rings needing repair.
• Data entry for rings needing to be remade.
