Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer calls regarding product concerns, warranty questions, and service requests.
• Provide professional customer service while assisting customers with questions, concerns, and product issues.
• Accurately enter customer information, warranty claims, and service notes into internal systems.
• Review and process warranty documentation, ensuring information is complete and accurate.
• Assist with warranty claims, replacement requests, and service-related paperwork.
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure customer concerns are properly documented and directed for resolution.
• Maintain organized records and track outstanding service requests.
• Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as needed.
