Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking a Service Clerk to support our customer service operations. You will interview customers, gather information, and record data into our system to ensure accurate warranty processing.

Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, coordinating with retailers and homeowners, preparing service orders, tracking materials, and reading blueprints as needed. A high school diploma or GED and 3–6 months of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3–6 months of related experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Interviews customers, gathers information, and records interview information into computer for customer service.
• Answer incoming phone calls and e-mail inquiries.
• Interfaces between homeowners, retailers and Champion Home Builders to resolve warranty issues.
• Interpret and explain warranty coverage to retailers and homeowners.
• Write accurate service orders and parts orders for contractors and technicians to complete warranty work.
• Take ownership of specific duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Order and track materials.
• Filing.

Education

High school diploma or GED, or 3-6 months related experience
