The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong communication and follow-up skills, capable of managing multiple claims while building vendor relationships and taking ownership until resolved.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer service, service coordination, warranty administration, claims processing, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to follow up consistently and see issues through to resolution.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Professional, confident, and customer-focused communication style.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and internal team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn company-specific software and systems.

Responsibilities
