Schell Brothers Delaware Division seeks a Customer Care Team Member (Warranty Representative) to deliver an exceptional warranty experience for homeowners and trade partners. You will engage daily with customers to schedule service, document issues, and help ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally.

Schell Brothers Delaware Division is looking for an energetic and positive Customer Care Team Member (Warranty Representative) who has the ability and desire to interact closely with our customers to provide an exceptional warranty experience.

Customer Care Team Members get an opportunity to interact with homeowners and trade partners daily to ensure timely and quality service work.
