Job summary

Kenworth Truck Company seeks a proactive Warranty Quality & Improvement Supervisor to elevate warranty processes, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, and drive continuous improvement. The role leverages data analytics, Six Sigma, and AI to optimize operations and elevate customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in warranty/quality, a Bachelor's in a related field, and Six Sigma Green Belt; automotive OEM experience is preferred. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; master's preferred.
• 7+ years of related experience in warranty or quality roles.
• Six Sigma green belt certification preferred.
• Automotive/heavy-duty OEM warranty experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements within the warranty department.
• Lead audit activities and ensure ISO 9001 quality standards compliance.
• Oversee warranty policy changes and communication to dealers.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize warranty operations and claims analysis.
• Benchmark industry practices and strengthen cost controls to deter fraud.
