Hyundai Transys Georgia Seating System is seeking a Warranty Engineer to analyze warranty claims for seating systems, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.

The role collaborates with OEMs and internal teams, tracks trends, prepares detailed reports, and ensures timely closure of warranty cases while supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Competenze

• Minimum 3–5 years of warranty engineering experience.
• 3–7 years in automotive manufacturing assembly, preferably seating.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP and quality tools.
• Ability to read drawings and understand specifications.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities.

• Lead or support root cause analysis and implement solutions.
• Weekly warranty review meetings with OEM customers.
• Provide clear communications to internal teams and customers.
• Organize warranty reduction initiatives with cost impact analysis.
• Develop and monitor corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Track warranty trends and prepare KPI reports.
• Maintain warranty databases with data accuracy.
• Attend all warranty meetings, reviews, and audits.
• Drive lessons learned into DFMEA/PFMEA and control plans.
