• Knowledge of core QA tools and measurement systems is beneficial.
• Ability to interpret test results and report findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead responses to customer quality issues, complaints, and inquiries.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans (8D).
• Support PPAP/PSW submissions for new or modified products.
• Collaborate with customer liaison teams to address on-site quality concerns.
• Plan and execute product performance and durability tests.
