The role involves operating lab test equipment, recording results, and communicating findings to Quality Engineers, while ensuring compliance with ISO/IATF standards and maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry.
• Experience in automotive seating manufacturing is a plus.
• 2+ years in manufacturing quality lab environment.
• Must possess vision and be able to perform quality inspections.
• Proficient with MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and special testing of raw materials, foam, and finished seat components.
• Test performance of seats.
• Inspect parts for defects, measurements, and conformance to specifications.
• Record test results and observations accurately.
• Enter data into quality tracking systems and prepare reports for Quality leadership.
• Communicate findings to Quality Engineers and Managers.
