Job summary

McKinstry in Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior Facility Operations Consultant - Product Warranty Management to lead end-to-end warranty workflows and drive program improvements across the OSM platform. You will coordinate with project teams, owners, and vendors to ensure contractual compliance and effective service delivery.

You will own the warranty process from intake to closeout, develop SOPs, and provide training and data insights to support informed decisions and sustainable performance

Qualifications

• Degree in facilities management, construction management, engineering, business, operations or related field.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible experience in facilities operations, administration, technical service coordination, or related environment.
• Knowledge of processing lifecycles from discovery to aftercare.
• Knowledge of project management and Lean/Six Sigma concepts.
• Understanding contractual obligations, service levels, escalation criteria, and vendor performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warranty and non-warranty workflow from intake to closeout.
• Manage program setup, adoption, and ongoing support with internal and external partners.
• Represent the program in quality and performance meetings and drive continuous improvement.
