Job summary

McGough Construction seeks a Senior Quality Manager - Warranty to lead enterprise warranty programs, drive root-cause analysis, and translate warranty experience into organizational learning. You will train Quality personnel, coordinate with legal, risk, and project teams, and ensure standardized work across operating units while guiding complex warranty matters.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree and 12+ years in Quality, project management, field operations or related construction disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to travel to project and Operating Unit locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise warranty program governance and ensure standardized warranty work across units.
• Train and mentor Operating Unit Quality personnel on warranty procedures.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk Management, Operations, and project teams on significant warranty matters.
• Perform root-cause and extent-of-condition analysis to drive continuous QMS improvement.
• Provide concise technical assessments and risk reviews to senior leadership.
• Maintain enterprise visibility of high-risk warranty issues and coordinate corrective actions.
