Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in commodity purchasing, supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, product development, quality, Logistics, program/product management or warranty
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills across cross-functional teams
• Analytical thinking with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
• Results-driven with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically and operate in a hybrid work model

Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute net warranty reduction and cost recovery activities from initiation through case closure
• Analyze issues, develop strategy, and obtain cross-functional alignment
• Serve as liaison between Purchasing, Engineering, Supplier Quality, Internal Product Investigations, Manufacturing, and suppliers to drive cost recovery
• Define cost recovery strategy and lead cross-functional execution
• Communicate status of cost recovery results to leadership and stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships internally and externally and anticipate risks and opportunities
