Ideal candidates have 5+ years in automotive warranty or supplier management, strong cross-functional communication, and familiarity with AI tools and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 5+ years in warranty recovery or supplier management in automotive/manufacturing.
• Understanding of automotive systems and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fair resolution of financial responsibility for supplier warranty claims.
• Lead financial recoveries and supplier negotiations for warranty costs.
• Coordinate WARSCARs and 8D reports with suppliers to ensure root causes are documented.
