Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; significant manufacturing or supplier management experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with suppliers in manufacturing, tooling, or launch environments.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, and dashboarding capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Track supplier actions, identify risks, and drive timely follow-through.
• Audit supplier performance, deliverables, and execution plans for alignment with GM requirements.
• Review pricing submissions, scope details, and inputs to identify risks and improvements.
• Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and tracking tools for visibility into supplier performance.
• Prepare data for supplier reviews and governance forums; monitor commitments and escalate issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to improve accountability and execution discipline.
• Analyze tooling, production readiness, and supplier strategies to identify risks and corrective actions.
• Advance standardized work and governance tools to boost visibility and execution outcomes.
• Communicate status updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
