Job summary

Chevrolet GMC of Fairbanks, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking a Warranty/Insurance Administrator to support service and accounting teams. You will prepare and process warranty claims, maintain records, and ensure documentation accuracy while delivering excellent internal customer service.

Basic responsibilities include reviewing repair orders, tracking claims, and coordinating with manufacturers to obtain approvals. Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
