L0354 Clear Lake Infiniti in Clear Lake, TX is seeking a Warranty/Insurance Administrator to support warranty claims processing and documentation. You will work with our Service and Accounting teams to ensure accuracy and compliance, handling claims, deductibles, and related charges while delivering excellent internal customer service.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in warranty administration or dealership operations, strong organizational skills, and is comfortable with dealership software.

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to review paperwork and ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process warranty repair orders.
• Review orders for completeness and correct codes; process claims promptly.
• Verify orders against service history to prevent duplicate claims.
• Track and resolve returned or adjusted warranty claims with manufacturers.
• Maintain records of warranty claims, status, parts returns, and required documentation.
• Book technician labor hours and communicate adjustments.
• Monitor warranty program usage and flag potential abuse.
• Develop relationships with warranty representatives and ensure compliance.
• Prepare daily warranty status reports for service management and document customer deductibles.

Hiring: Warranty/Ins. Administrator Pay: (DOE) Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is an on-site position in Clear Lake, Texas

You will work with our Service and Accounting teams to process warranty claims, maintain records, and ensure that you complete all manufacturer and insurance documentation correctly, while delivering excellent internal customer service.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and process warranty repair orders, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and aftermarket warranty procedures.
• Review repair orders for completeness, correct errors, assign appropriate labor operation and failure codes, and process claims promptly upon repair completion.
• Verify repair orders against vehicle service history to prevent duplicate claims and warranty shop comeback submissions.
• Track, review, and resolve returned, rejected, or adjusted warranty claims, working with manufacturer representatives to obtain approvals or additional authorization.
• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, claim status, parts returns, inspections, and manufacturer-required documentation.
• Book technician labor hours, including up-flags and back-flags, and communicate adjustments to technicians and management.
• Monitor warranty program usage, identify potential abuse or fraudulent activity, and report concerns to department management.
• Develop productive relationships with manufacturer and aftermarket warranty representatives while ensuring compliance with dealership standards.
• Prepare daily warranty status reports for service management and document and collect customer deductibles and warranty-related charges properly.
• Support dealership operations by backing up the service cashier, answering phones.
