Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. seeks a Warranty/Customer Care professional to manage post-closing warranty activity for homeowners in assigned communities. You will coordinate repairs, monitor service delivery, and communicate timelines clearly to homeowners.

With 3–5 years in warranty administration or construction support, you will work with internal teams to address issues, perform site inspections, and maintain thorough documentation to improve homeowner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent requirement.
• 3–5 years in customer care, warranty administration or construction support.
• Experience with warranty software or trade/vendor coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for homeowners in assigned communities and manage warranty requests.
• Coordinate with trade partners and construction teams to schedule and oversee warranty work.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure repairs meet company standards and warranty requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and repair progress.
