Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Representative II to manage warranty and post-closing service for homeowners in California communities. You will coordinate with trade partners and construction teams to ensure timely repairs and satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years in customer care or warranty administration, strong communication, and the ability to work with limited supervision. Local travel to communities is expected within Elk Grove and Rancho Cordova.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer care, warranty administration, construction support.
• Experience with residential construction processes, warranty software, or trade/vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, managing warranty and post-close service requests.
• Schedule and oversee warranty work, coordinating with trade partners and construction teams.
• Conduct quality inspections and walkthroughs to ensure repair work meets standards.
• Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions, service requests, and repair progress.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding repair timelines and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve homeowner concerns efficiently.
• Mentor team members and share best practices for warranty management.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Support special projects to improve homeowner experience and warranty processes.
