Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. seeks a Warranty and Customer Care Specialist to manage warranty and post-close service requests, coordinate repairs, and ensure service commitments are met across communities.

You will inspect homes, track records, communicate with homeowners, and collaborate with construction, sales, and project teams to improve the homeowner experience. This role requires 3–5 years in warranty or construction support and strong customer service skills in a dynamic homebuilding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer care, warranty administration, construction support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for homeowners in assigned communities for warranty and post-close service requests.
• Schedule and oversee warranty work, coordinating with trade partners and construction teams.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure repair work meets standards and warranty requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions, service requests, and repair progress.
