Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a Field Warranty Administrator to manage post-closing warranty and customer care for homeowners in designated communities around Phoenix.

You will coordinate repairs, inspect completed work, and maintain detailed records while collaborating with construction and sales teams to meet service commitments. The role requires 3–5 years in customer care or construction support, and a strong understanding of warranty practices and field operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer care, warranty administration, or construction support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners in assigned communities, managing warranty and post-close service requests.
• Schedule and oversee warranty work, coordinating with trade partners and construction teams to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct quality inspections and walkthroughs to confirm repair work meets standards and warranty requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions, service requests, and repair progress.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding repair timelines and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve homeowner concerns efficiently and share findings to drive process improvements.
