Job summary

Ford is seeking a Warranty Finance Director to drive warranty accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will guide cost improvements and partner with quality, FCSD, and supply chain to deliver strong financial outcomes.

You will lead warranty profit analysis, coverage assessments, and Re-aquired Vehicle finance, building a high-performing team and mentoring talent while ensuring executive-level communication of complex concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• MBA preferred for enhanced eligibility.
• Strong analytical and leadership capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operating teams to develop targets and roadmaps.
• Translate complex warranty accounting concepts into clear insights.
• Monitor KPIs and take recovery actions when needed.
• Develop annual plans, budgets, and monthly forecasts for warranty.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly warranty close processes and external benchmarking.
• Ensure compliance with warranty rules, controls, and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across quality, FCSD, finance, and analytics.
• Lead and develop a high-performing warranty finance team.
