Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a PD Finance Controller to lead a team of Finance Managers, Analysts and Supervisors. You will partner with Vehicle Line Directors and Product Development leaders to drive forward-model vehicle profitability through budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.

You will influence program decisions with robust financial modeling, deliver milestone financials, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field is required.
• +10 years of experience in finance or accounting with operational partnering, budgeting, forecasting, or capital planning.
• Experience leading or managing a team is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of initial program profit models to support vehicle milestones.
• Develop critical program assumptions based on the Business Plan assessment.
• Drive profitability targets through partnership with key operating partners.
• Optimize all line items of the Vehicle Income Statement.
• Lead milestone financials to drive leadership decisions.
• Prepare management slides and ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis.
• Establish material cost targets and drive delivery in collaboration with engineering and supply chain.
• Set and deliver investment targets with cross-functional teams and funding authorities.
