Job summary

MAHLE is seeking a Warranty Analyst to safeguard customer satisfaction and product quality by managing warranty claims, conducting product failure analysis, and providing technical support across MAHLE's aftermarket business. You will coordinate with Quality, Product Management, Purchasing, and Engineering to identify issues and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities include analyzing suspect MAHLE parts, reporting failure modes, and entering claims into the warranty database.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive warranty claims processing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with failure analysis and corrective actions.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform product analysis of suspect or used MAHLE parts for failure analysis / Warranty (Labor Claim) compensation.
• Create reports detailing the results of the product analysis and the failure mode of used parts.
• Communicate information to Product Management, Plant Management, Quality Assurance, Product Analysts, and Customer Service.
• Enter claims/requests for analysis into warranty database and create credit authorizations where applicable.
