Job summary

Iowa Rotocast Plastics Inc is seeking a Warranty Coordinator/Customer Service Representative to manage warranty claims, RMAs, and customer inquiries. Based at the front desk, you will support product questions, orders, and shipping inquiries while collaborating with production, quality, and sales to resolve issues.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to handle multiple priorities, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and follow through.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Epicor preferred, with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warranty claims from intake to resolution with accurate documentation.
• Process RMAs and enter warranty orders into Epicor.
• Provide customer service by phone and email about products, pricing, availability, and orders.
• Collaborate with production, quality, sales to address product concerns and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain warranty records and compile monthly warranty reports.
• Assist with sales order entry and routine customer service tasks.
• Greet visitors and direct calls professionally; support administrative tasks.
