Norm Reeves Subaru Rockwall seeks a Warranty Clerk to process, submit, and track warranty claims in collaboration with the service department, ensuring repairs meet manufacturer guidelines and compliance standards.

You will review repair orders for coverage, verify documentation, monitor claims, resolve discrepancies, and maintain organized records while staying current with manufacturer bulletins and audits.

• Knowledge of Honda warranty policies and procedures.
• Experience handling audits and compliance reviews.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
