Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warranty administration experience in a dealership environment.
• Honda experience is strongly preferred.
• CDK database systems experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and book repair orders in compliance of Honda Policy and Procedure.
• Process all warranty claims promptly and with accuracy.
• Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
• Verify criteria required by manufacturer.
• Reconcile all warranty receivables through the appropriate accounting schedule.
• Post credits.
• Resubmit all rejected claims promptly.
• Review all warranty receivable schedules to ensure timely payment.
• Follow up on payment of outstanding claims.
• Keep informed of all factory recalls and bulletins.
• Assist with any clerical needs as directed by the senior manager or the fixed operations manager.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
