Responsabilités

• Prepare and submit warranty claims accurately and efficiently
• Review repair orders for completeness and proper documentation
• Communicate with manufacturers regarding claim status and approvals
• Track and reconcile warranty payments and credits
• Ensure compliance with OEM and dealership policies
• Support the Service Manager and technicians with warranty questions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer guidelines
