Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Claims Representative in Rocky Mount, VA. The hybrid role requires 2 days in the office weekly and focuses on managing warranty claims from intake to resolution with a premium customer experience.

You will create work orders for technicians and third-party vendors, monitor progress, and document outcomes in Dynamics 365 CRM, while balancing cost, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
