Job summary

A-Z Bus Sales, Inc. is seeking a Warranty Administrator in Texas to manage warranty claims, recalls, and service bulletins with manufacturers. You will ensure timely submission, tracking, and proper reporting while coordinating with parts and service teams.

The role requires attention to OEM policies, strong data tracking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Day-to-day work is in a professional office setting, with standard hours Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in warranty administration.
• Familiarity with OEM warranty policies and procedures (e.g., Cummins, Blue Bird, Collins, Forest River, Arboc, Glaval, and Wheel Chair Lift manufacturers).
• Basic accounting and computer skills.
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create and submit warranty and policy claims with manufacturers daily.
• Manage Warranty Recall & Service bulletins per manufacturer.
• File claims within 48 hours after completion of repairs.
• Set up pre-approval claims as needed per manufacturer.
• Publish all manufacturer recalls to the shared server and inform service department of updates.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly warranty claim tracking reports.
• Coordinate with parts to ensure timely return of warranty parts to manufacturers.
• Follow up on defective parts to ensure payment reimbursement of claims.
• Maintain warranty processes per manufacturer guidelines and internal training.
• Track recurring issues and communicate with manufacturers and staff.
