ZT Motors of Texas LP in Houston is seeking a Honda Warranty Administrator to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of all warranty-related processes, from repair order booking to claim submission and reporting.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This role supports dealership operations and manufacturer compliance across multiple departments.

Competenze

Minimum 2 years of warranty administration experience in a dealership environment.
Honda experience is strongly preferred.
CDK database systems experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Mansioni

Review and book repair orders in compliance of Honda Policy and Procedure.
Process all warranty claims promptly and with accuracy.
Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
Verify criteria required by manufacturer.
Reconcile all warranty receivables through the appropriate accounting schedule.
Post credits.
Resubmit all rejected claims promptly.
Review all warranty receivable schedules to ensure timely payment.
Follow up on payment of outstanding claims.
Keep informed of all factory recalls and bulletins.
Assist with any clerical needs as directed by the senior manager or the fixed operations manager.
Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area.
Performs other duties as assigned.
