Job summary

ZT Motors of Texas LP seeks an Acura Warranty Administrator to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of all warranty processes across the dealership. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warranty administration experience in a dealership.
• Acura experience strongly preferred.
• Prior experience with CDK database systems is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and book repair orders in compliance of Acura Policy and Procedure
• Processes all warranty claims promptly and with accuracy
• Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation
• Verifies criteria required by manufacturer
• Reconciles all warranty receivables through the appropriate accounting schedule
• Posts credits
• Resubmits all rejected claims promptly
• Review all warranty receivable schedules to ensure timely payment
• Follows up on payment of outstanding claims
• Keeps informed of all factory recalls and bulletins
• Assists with any clerical needs as directed by the senior manager or the fixed operations manager
• Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area
• Performs other duties as assigned
