Responsibilities

• Book warranty repair orders and submit manufacturer warranty claims.
• Maintain receivables schedules and service contract claims.
• Collaborate with technicians, service writers, and supervisors.
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for parts receipt/shipment.
• Define scope of warranty claims with Service Advisors.
• Process warranty paperwork for proper documentation and criteria.
