Responsibilities

• Book warranty repair orders and submit claims of manufacturer warranty
• Maintain receivables schedules; service contract claim submission and follow up
• Work closely with technicians, service writers, and supervisors
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure prompt receipt and shipment of parts
• Process warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and verify criteria
• Reconcile warranty receivables and work with accounting to obtain payments
• Stay abreast of factory recalls, announcements, and procedures
• Review warranty work orders for completion, accuracy, and legibility
