Job summary

Orange EV is seeking a Warranty Administrator to support warranty repair claims and to collaborate with the Service team to ensure claims are correctly submitted, processed, and paid.

The role reports directly to the National Service director and will involve developing internal processes, training Technicians and Supervisors, and maintaining the warranty schedule across the fleet. Experience with Class 8 vehicles and warranties is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Class 8 vehicles or heavy equipment.
• Experience managing and servicing warranties.
• Ability to articulate clearly in writing including composition, spelling and punctuation.

Responsibilities

• Review, correct, apply labor codes, and submit all Warranty Service Tickets.
• Set internal processes and train Technicians and Supervisors on proper Service Ticket fields.
• Develop external processes and training for third parties and customers submitting Warranty claims.
• Maintain asset Warranty schedule for the entire fleet.
• Own reporting of Warranty claim data.
• Lead Service Data Tracking tool management, issue resolution, and new feature requests.
