Qualifications

• High school education required.
• 3 years’ experience with equipment, preferably rental/Caterpillar.
• Warranty administration experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Register extended coverage with manufacturer and track premiums.
• Enter warranty type codes for new machines in the system.
• Follow up and capture Rental Division sales and input into CAT database.
• File warranty claims for policy/goodwill, sales, parts, and service departments.
• Coordinate service calls and validate warranty information in manufacturer systems.
• Update and monitor maintenance forms and ensure proper services are performed.
• Invoice/claim work orders and manage dealer warranty accounts.
• Document customer damage with details and photos; update L Share.
• Track parts for warranty returns and ensure payments.
• Monitor PSP/PIP and ensure completion before expiration.
• Develop quotes for damage including parts and labor costs.
• Organize safety and operator manuals at West Washington Street location.
