Job summary

Jamco Interiors in Everett, WA is seeking a Warranty Administration Specialist to coordinate and administer customer warranty claims following product delivery. You will maintain claim documentation, track resolutions, and collaborate with customers and internal departments to ensure timely evaluation, closure, and customer satisfaction.

The role reports to the Aftermarket Support Director and focuses on maintaining accurate records, monitoring aging, and generating status reports to support

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 6 months to 1 year of related experience/training, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and maintaining accurate electronic records.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service orientation and ability to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, track, and maintain customer warranty claims and supporting records.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding claim status and resolution.
• Maintain warranty claim logs, deadlines, and closure status.
• Coordinate with Product Support, Engineering, Quality, Repair Station, Spares, Program Management, and Finance to support evaluation and resolution.
• Prepare warranty status reports, metrics, and action-item updates.
• Assist with daily administrative activities and improvements to warranty processes and tools.
