Job summary

Horton Emergency Vehicles is seeking a Warranty Analyst to review and adjudicate warranty claims and coordinate with OEMs, suppliers and internal teams. You will work under the Quality Department Manager to ensure accurate processing and timely resolution.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical skills, proficiency with MS Office and warranty software, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline, Business Administration, or equivalent experience or two or more years' experience in Project Management, Product Management, Quality, Warranty, and/or Engineering.
• Associate degree in Technology or 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/parts sales environment (preferred).
• Must demonstrate high ethical standards and ownership within a team environment.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; analytical with spreadsheet design.

Responsibilities

• Review and adjudicate incoming warranty claims utilizing warranty software.
• Work with finance to verify warranty charges, data, and vehicle registration.
• Ensure timely processing of claims to meet supplier and OEM guidelines.
• Create warranty reports including trend summaries and improvement actions.
• Handle recalls from supplier to end user; participate in cross-functional teams.
• Maintain records of claims status; coordinate Quality Alert and Verification.
• Arrange RMAs with vendors for labor credits and defective parts.
• Process shipping of warranty replacement parts to dealers and repair facilities.
