Job summary

Wickes is seeking an experienced Warranty Specialist for our Northampton distribution centre. You will own warranty cases from start to finish, ensuring issues are resolved to high standards.

Responsibilities include investigations, planning, coordinating remedial work, and clear communication with customers. The role requires 1 year in warranty/aftersales and strong admin skills, including Google Docs. On-site work 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year working in a Warranty or Aftersales environment.
• Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a pacey approach to work.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour.
• Solid administration experience and confidence in using Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Own the Resolution: manage warranty cases from start to finish to high standards.
• Investigate & plan: conduct thorough investigations and agree on an action plan.
• Deliver quality: provide consistent solutions and prevent escalations.
• Communicate: keep customers informed by phone or email with clear updates.
• Coordinate: arrange remedial installers through the corrective action process.
