Job summary

Anderson Automotive Group is seeking an automotive warranty cancellation specialist to join its corporate accounting team in Raleigh, NC. You will verify forms, process cancellations and refunds for warranties and aftermarket policies, and coordinate with dealership personnel for contract corrections.

The role requires strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and familiarity with multiple software systems. A valid driver's license is required.

Our warranty cancellation specialists are responsible for verifying cancellation forms for accuracy and signatures, processing cancellations and refunds for warranties and aftermarket policies purchased by our customers within our dealerships, among other tasks. They work closely with dealership personnel for contract corrections.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Position requires occasional walking and standing with light (1-10 lbs.) carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling. The position is a mostly sedentary and requires the employee to have close visual acuity to perform job requirements. The position requires frequent talking, hearing and repetitive motion with the hands, wrists and/or fingers. This position is located within an office environment and is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
