Job summary

North Trail RV Center is seeking a Warranty Assistant to review, submit, and track warranty claims for RV components and vehicles. You will act as the liaison between the service department, customers, and manufacturers to maximize reimbursements and ensure compliance with factory policies.

Responsibilities include preparing claims with all required documentation, obtaining authorizations, tracking progress, and coordinating with parts and service teams to expedite repairs.

The Warranty Assistant is responsible for reviewing, submitting, and tracking all warranty claims for RV components and vehicles. This role acts as a liaison between the service department, customers, and manufacturers to ensure that repair claims are processed accurately and efficiently, adhering to factory policies to maximize reimbursement for the dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Review, prepare, and submit warranty claims to RV manufacturers in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all repair orders, technician notes, and pictures are included.
• Contact manufacturers and OEMs to obtain authorization to perform repairs and ensure compliance with warranty policies.
• Review all warranty repair orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Track all warranty claims from submission to reimbursement, following up on denied or unpaid claims to minimize dealership losses.
• Maintain professional communication with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers to resolve issues and expedite repairs.
• Coordinate with parts departments for ordering and returning warranty parts.
• Stay updated on factory recalls, technical bulletins, and warranty procedures

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous administrative, customer service, or warranty experience, ideally within a dealership (RV or Automotive).
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work 8 hour shifts Monday-Friday
