Job summary

Optimum RV LLC is seeking an organized Warranty Associate to manage and process warranty claims, assist customers, and support warranty administration across the service department.

Responsibilities include reviewing claims, verifying eligibility, creating and tracking records, communicating with customers and manufacturers, and ensuring timely processing in accordance with guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in warranty administration, customer service, or a related field.
• Familiarity with warranty policies, procedures, and industry regulations is a plus.
• Proficient in using warranty management software, ERP systems, or other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process warranty claims submitted by customers, dealers, or service technicians.
• Verify warranty eligibility, including confirming the product serial number, purchase date, and warranty coverage.
• Create, track, and manage warranty claim records in the system.
• Maintain organized records of all warranty claims, correspondence, and approvals.
• Ensure warranty claims are processed on time, meeting all internal and external deadlines.
• Update databases and systems to reflect approved or denied warranty claims.
• Prepare reports on warranty claims, trends, and outstanding issues.
• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding warranty eligibility, claim status, and resolutions.
• Act as a liaison between the service department and the manufacturer to resolve warranty disputes or escalations.
• Collaborate with the service or repair department to ensure warranty repairs are completed according to manufacturer standards.
• Work with suppliers or manufacturers to obtain replacement parts, credit approvals, or service support when necessary.
• Checking in new inventory and submitting DAF forms with the necessary warranty work.
