Job summary

North Trail RV in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a friendly Service Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers and callers. You will greet visitors, screen calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication, professional appearance, and the ability to handle routine clerical tasks and basic accounting procedures. Shift is Monday through Friday with occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures.
• Ability to work 8 hours shift Monday-Friday and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Meets and greets all callers; determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate employee/location
• Responds to customers, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
• Composes and types routine correspondence as required.
• Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing as required.
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

• North Trail RV is looking for a ServiceReceptionist to serve as an initial contact for all callers into the organization. TheServiceReceptionistanswers, screens, and directs calls on multi-line phone system in a courteous and professional manner. The ServiceReceptionist also takes messages and/or forwards telephone calls to appropriate employee, voice mail, or pager.
