Job summary

Horton Emergency Vehicles, a Terex company, is seeking an Analyst Warranty to analyze and process warranty claims. You will liaise with Horton staff, suppliers, and OEMs to ensure accurate charges and timely processing.

The role reports to the Quality Department Manager and involves cross-functional collaboration for continuous improvement. Requirements include a technical bachelor's degree and 2+ years in warranty/quality or related fields, plus strong Excel skills and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years' experience in project management, product management, quality, warranty, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Review and adjudicate incoming warranty claims using warranty software.
• Verify accuracy of warranty charges and related data with the finance team.
• Ensure timely processing of warranty claims to meet guidelines and expectations.
• Create warranty reports including trend summaries and improvement actions.
• Coordinate recalls and quality verification with management.
• Maintain records of claims status and outcomes.
