  • Update, edit and author warranty policies.
  • Administer the Warranty Resource Center.
  • Process parts and labor parity requests while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop an AI solution for repair order analysis.
  • Cross-train to support and provide backup to other functions within the Administration team.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as necessary.

This position is based out of Toyota Motor North America Headquarters in Plano, TX.

Who we're looking for

Toyota's Warranty Operations Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Warranty Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage warranty policies and support parity analysts by processing requests and developing AI solutions to assist with repair order reviews.

Reporting to the Warranty Administration Manager, the person in this role will support the Warranty Administration Department's objective to progress the department's digital transformation, keep warranty policies and procedures current and relevant, ensure deadlines are met in accordance with state laws, and support field staff and dealers relating to warranty topics.

What you'll be doing
