Job summary

Toyota Motor North America Headquarters in Plano, TX, is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Supply Chain Business Analytics team. This role focuses on turning data into actionable insights to drive strategic decisions and improve operations.

You will collaborate with Technology & Operations partners to manage data assets, develop dashboards, and empower users with BI tools. Strong communication and a data-driven mindset are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data and Analytics, Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent technical capabilities and skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and BI/data tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end analytics projects focused on supply chain performance to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define analytics requirements, understand challenges, and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data models using BI tools and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Support change management efforts including training, communications, and user adoption of analytics tools.
  • Support problem investigations and ad hoc requests for diverse Supply Chain stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional groups across Toyota.

Who we’re looking for

Toyota’s Supply Chain Business Analytics Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Analyst. If you are passionate about deep diving into data to uncover hidden insights that drive critical business decisions, this is the team for you!

The primary responsibility of this role is to empower users by delivering insightful data, practical tools, and expert knowledge that enable them to achieve their goals. Collaborating closely with our Technology & Operations partners to manage and optimize our data assets, this Senior Analyst position serves as the frontline support for the Supply Chain Organization in leveraging data and business intelligence tools effectively.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Business Analytics Manager, the person in this role will support driving insights from diverse data sources to promote a data-driven Supply Chain organization.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead end-to-end analytics projects focused on supply chain performance to drive data-informed decisions, optimize supply chain operations, and support business growth
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define analytics requirements, understand challenges, and deliver impactful solutions
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data models using BI tools and advanced analytics techniques
  • Support change management effort including training, communication plans, and product adoption to end‑ users on analytics tools and methodologies
  • Support problem investigation and ad hoc requests for a diverse set of Supply Chain stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with cross‑functional groups across Toyota.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data and Analytics or Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Supply Chain or equivalent experience
  • Experience leading cross‑functional projects
  • Excellent technical capabilities and skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in SQL, Alteryx (or similar technology), and Tableau/Power BI
