Job summary

AutoNation is hiring a Service Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims from intake to submission. You will ensure timely processing, accurate documentation, and coordination with technicians and service consultants to maximize efficiency and compliance.

In this role, you will review repair orders, analyze trends, and communicate with warranty representatives while supporting audits, reporting, and compliance with federal and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in an automotive dealership environment.
• Ability to read and interpret warranty policies and repair orders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process all warranty claims by the next business day after RO close date.
• Review claims for accuracy, proper completion and legibility.
• Analyze and resolve claim corrections and charge-backs.
• Provide weekly claim status reports to the service manager.
• Flag hours earned on service for technicians and review vehicle history to avoid duplicates.
• Assist service consultants and technicians with warranty questions and audits.

The Service Warranty Administrator is responsible for reviewing and completing warranty claims.
