Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in warranty administration or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of warranty regulations and industry best practices is a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset and dedication to service.

Responsibilities

• Provides vehicle and client information to Technical Staff as needed.
• Ensures proper documentation of condition, cause, and correction on all repair orders.
• Adheres to manufacturer guidelines for submittal timelines.
• Maintains and updates detailed schedule of warranty claims and statuses.
• Ensures correct pricing using Labor Pricing Guide on repair orders.
• Documents monetary information on all repair orders.
• Ensures correct parts and labor billing on repair orders.
• Obtains manufacturer authorization before closing goodwill repair orders.
• Submits and closes repair orders and confirms timely payment.
• Creates journal entries/pay adjustments with management approval when needed.
• Strives to exceed sales and client satisfaction objectives.
• Reports any safety or integrity risks to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
