Champion Porsche in Florida seeks a Warranty Administrator to handle accurate and timely warranty claims in line with Porsche manufacturer guidelines. You will submit claims, track reimbursements, and liaise with both the workshop team and Porsche warranty representatives.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of automotive warranty processes, ideally with experience in luxury brands.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and submit all warranty claims to Porsche using the approval systems (e.g.,PIWIS, PPN, etc.).
• Review repair orders for proper completion, accuracy, and legibility.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding warranty issues and resolutions.
• Maintain detailed records of warranty claims and related correspondence.
• Collaborate with the service department to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to warranty claims.
• Stay updated on product warranties, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of all warranty transactions for audit purposes
• Provide regular reports to management regarding claim status, revenue and efficiency
