Hireful Agency is seeking a proactive Warranty Administrator for one of the UK’s largest Commercial Vehicle dealer groups. This fully remote role offers a base salary of £28,000–£30,000 plus great benefits and a Monday–Friday 08:30–17:30 schedule.

You will process warranty and service contract invoices, prepare and submit manufacturer warranty claims, and support the Service Department with quotations, POs, and customer inquiries.

We're looking for a proactive, organised Warranty Administrator to provide vital support to our Service Department. Whether you're an experienced Warranty Claims Administrator, Automotive Warranty Administrator, Service Administrator, Aftersales Administrator or someone with experience in administration within automotive, this is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning team where your contribution genuinely matters.

You'll process warranty and service contract invoices, prepare and submit manufacturer warranty claims, check repair documentation, resolve queries and maintain accurate records. You'll also support quotations, purchase orders, customer enquiries and the smooth day-to-day running of the Service Department.

We're looking for someone with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused approach. Experience within a main dealer environment is advantageous, but if you're commercially minded, resilient and ready to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
