Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Warranty Administrator to prepare, record and submit warranty claims to the factory and/or distributor, reconciling accordingly. The role supports several regional dealerships in the area and collaborates with Parts and Service teams to verify information and submit claims.

Daily tasks include creating claims from work orders, maintaining knowledge of SRT times and OEM products, and tracking warranty parts through final resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Warranty or Service experience in a heavy-duty truck dealership.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong typing skills, and ability to learn new programs.
• Mechanical knowledge and understanding of terminology.
